Dr. Ryan Patrick Murphy has worked in Christian higher education at both the graduate and undergraduate level for twelve years, most recently as Associate Professor of Christian Thought and Social Ethics at Colorado Christian University. Additionally, he has taught at Westmont College, Azusa Pacific University and Denver Seminary.
Beyond academia, Ryan has served as Executive Director of Crossroads of the Rockies, an inner-city nonprofit serving Denver’s urban poor.
He holds Ph.D. from King’s College London in Christian Ethics, an M.A. in Systematic Theology and a B.S. in Community Development. Ryan spent several years working on water and sanitation projects at the village level in sub-Saharan Africa.
